What is Portfolio Stabiliser?

IFS Asset Management Private Credit Fund / Portfolio Stabiliser is designed for institutional and individual investors seeking capital preservation, stability, enhanced yields and predictable income that are similar to or better than bonds with the added advantage of having downside protection, buffered by tangible collateral.

It is a Direct-Lending Fund that extends short to medium tenor term loans to SMEs in Singapore for their working capital requirements. The loans are backed by collateral, in the form of Singapore properties, secured under a legal mortgage.

The IFSAM Private Credit Fund / Portfolio Stabiliser was launched in December 2021 to allow a wider group of investors to participate in the lucrative and rapidly growing SME market segment in Singapore.
