IFS Asset Management is a fund management company registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

• IFSAM is a wholly owned subsidiary of IFS Capital Limited (formerly known as International Factors) and is the fund manager to the IFSAM Private Credit Fund / Portfolio Stabiliser. It is motivated by an aspiration to tap into the vast opportunity in the private credit industry, especially in the direct lending markets;

• As an alternate asset class, private credit is still a nascent market in Singapore and ASEAN region with very few funds targeted at the direct lending markets;

• There is growing need to look beyond the traditional 60/40 portfolio into alternative assets with forward looking investors seeking opportunities in the private credit industry to enjoy higher yields in this low interest rate environment;

• IFSAM will therefore be operating in a relatively untapped market coupled with rising investor demand that makes private credit a lucrative opportunity.
